Annabelle Randles is a plant-based chef with a passion for bettering the environment one delicious dish at a time.
After spending years as a committed carnivore, Annabelle became curious about the impact of modern farming methods on animal welfare and the environment. Shocked by what she learned, she decided to overhaul her diet and embrace a plant-basedlifestyle.
Annabelle soon realised that creating tasty, plant-based versions of her favourite meals was much easier than she imagined.
