Cook & Bake Gluten Free is a revolutionary new cookbook with gorgeous classic cake recipes all baked without gluten. Created by Swedish baking gurus Maria Blohm and Jessica Frej and published as an interactive cookbook app for iPad and iPhone, the app is available in Swedish and English, with measurements designed for both the European and the American market (metric and imperial).
Cook & Bake Gluten Free is available for download in the App Store for iPad and iPhone. The app features 20 beautiful, delicious cakes for all occasions and tastes. The app also includes short films with advice on how to create amazing cake decorations and there is a voice activated step by step mode which means you don’t have to touch on the iPad in the kitchen while baking.Cook & Bake Gluten Free is proving hugely popular in Sweden, boasting a nomination in the Swedish Design Awards and topping the Swedish charts for downloaded cookbook apps in the App Store Chart in the Food and Beverage category. Viveca Järhult from the publishing company Turning Point ftw, which she runs with her business partner Nicklas Gottrup, is confident the app will be just as popular internationally, "We’ve noticed a growing trend in home baking and there’s been an increase in the number of people wanting gluten-free cake recipes. Cook & Bake Gluten Free is written by the high profile Swedish baking gurus, Jessica Frej and Maria Blohm who most recently collaborated on the book Nytt bröd (Ica Publishing). Commenting on the new book and app, Maria Blohm said:

Turning Point ftw was launched by Viveca Järhult and Nicklas Gottrup in 2012 and since then, has produced six cookbook apps for iPad and iPhone through the publishing title Kokbokshyllan including one by Swedish chef of the Year 2013 Daniel Räms.
