Devon based bakery Clive’s Purely Plants are winners in two categories in the prestigious Plant-Based Taste Awards. • Clive’s Organic Red Pepper Harissa Quiche with a pumpkin seed crumb won Best Plant-Based Deli Product. • Clive’s Organic Coronation Chickpea Puff Pie with creamy coconut and apricot won Best Plant-Based Pie. Both winning products are currently available in Waitrose.

Bageriet brings a touch of Scandinavian style to London’s Covent Garden as the traditional Swedish bakery opens at 24 Rose Street. Award winning Swedish bakers Daniel Karlsson and Sven-Gunnar Appelgren aim to bring quality and originality to their newly launched operation as Daniel explains: “We want to provide the best fresh bread, pastries and traditional Swedish open sandwiches in London."
